Amit Sinha is an Executive Pastry Chef at Academy of Pastry Arts INDIA, with 10 years of extensive experience, working in up-market Hotels, French Patisserie & Boulangerie and Fine Dining Restaurants in Melbourne (AUSTRALIA) as well as in INDIA.

From past four years, he was associated with India’s one of the best authentic and high-end French Patisserie & Boulangerie, established in the heart of the India’s Capital, known with the brand name of L’Opera (French Bakery Pvt. Ltd) as the  Head Pastry Chef cum Production Head.

Recently he has moved to the Academy. It is a very first international academy for pastry cooking, which has forayed into the Indian market to attract aspirants who wish to learn the art of elegant pastry making.
