Chef Anurudh Khanna hails from Capital City of India, Delhi which itself is very famous for its rich, Old traditional influential food culture from the Mughals & Nawabs of Northern part of India. With an experience of over 16 years in the Hospitality Industry in the capacity of Chef, has worked with most Premium Hotel chains in India which include the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Chef Anurudh Khanna is currently working with the Starwood Hotels and resorts for last 2 years. He likes to infuse the flavors of various Indian Spices to make Indian Cuisine within itself rich and notable.

He loves to travel and learn a lot about food from the interior regions of India. He loves to cook Contemporary Indian Cuisine His love for producing high quality, innovative dishes, is driven by his passion to put his own interpretation in his signature dishes. He also takes a keen interest in the pairing of wine & cuisine. His notable contribution in last 2 years has made him win the RVP Culinary Leader of the Year Award for 2014 in Asia Pacific Division.

Rinku Madan, an acclaimed Gourmand in India, recently completed her studies in Global Journalism at the Harvard University, Massachusetts (Grade A Honors) with the objective to pursue her writing skills in the area of Global Luxury. She had earlier studied at the French Culinary Institute in New York (an affiliate of Culinary Institute of America) to certify in the arena of Food Writing.
