With over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, finance, and hotel operations in 11 countries, Patrick was entrusted with the pre-opening and ongoing leadership of Kimpton Maa-Lai, overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s 362 rooms (including residences), its restaurants and bars, spa, and guest experiences.
While Ms. Jigger invites you into a world of Italian-inspired cuisine and story-led cocktails, it is steered in the kitchen by a dedicated culinary team under Head Chef Danilo Aiassa (or Davide Caló, in some listings), whose vision shapes each dish with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and authentic Italian techniques. During my stay, Sharon Kaserer enhanced the dining experience, contributing to the seamless execution and thoughtful presentation that made every meal memorable.
